These are some logo design I came up with when approached to redesign the logo for the National Arthritis Foundation. 

 

I wanted to keep the old logo as much as possible because the NAF was a well established organisation, but at the same time give it a modern and clean look.

Thus I kept the iconic logo of the two hands reaching for each other.
